Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
- During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We offer standard 2-day shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- We currently ship within the US only.
Warm Weather Shipping
- Since chocolate chips are temperature-sensitive, we take precautions to ensure they arrive in good condition.
- Orders may be shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary (additional charges may apply).
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery status.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
- If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.
