Perishable Product Policy

Due to the nature of our chocolate chips, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Melted Chocolate Disclaimer

We take precautions to prevent melting during shipping, but we cannot guarantee that chocolate chips will not melt in transit, especially in warmer climates. If melting occurs, refrigerate or let them cool before use. Refunds will not be issued for melted products.
